A train ticket is a travel document which enables you to travel on board a train.
Train tickets for all  trains include your seat reservation.
Train tickets are generally available 20 to 30 days before the date of your travel. The earlier you book your train ticket the better. You will avoid your class of service being sold out by booking in advance.
We strongly recommend that when you receive any tickets, check through them right away. If you find any errors then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them so that we can send replacements to you, before you travel. Failure to notify us of any errors may result in us not being able to offer replacement tickets and/or refunds.
If you find out that after sending your order to us, that it is incorrect, please contact us immediately on +976 99089478 and one of our agents will be able to assist.
If you would like to book a ticket then please use our online booking tool  give as much information as possible and one of our agents will be in touch with a detailed quotation via email. Once you have received the quotation and you are happy with it then all you will need to do is come back to us and confirm that you would like to go ahead. If you find that you need to make changes to the quotation then again, please come back to us with the amended information and we will change it accordingly.
Most tickets can be cancelled easily, however, will incur cancellation and administrative charges, please contact us directly without further ado and one of our agents will be able to help you.
No, we do not offer free postage with any tickets. Tickets are like cash so if they go missing things could get complicated. Therefore, we only offer delivery methods.
